Step 1:Get Your Online Quote
Fast, Tailored and Transparent
Getting started couldn't be simpler. Use our online quote tool to tell us about your property, your existing heating system and what you need. Whether you're looking for a new boiler, a repair, a powerflush or an annual service, we'll use the information you provide to begin building a quotation that's specific to you.
Every quote we provide is tailored to your individual requirements. We don't offer generic pricing because no two homes are the same. If you have a straightforward replacement in mind, we can often provide an accurate quote quickly online. For more complex work, we'll move to the next step.
Step 2:Survey
We Assess Your Home Properly Before We Recommend Anything
For larger jobs, particularly new boiler installations, central heating system upgrades or unvented cylinder work, we'll carry out a survey before confirming your quote. This can be done in person at your home at a time that suits you.
During the survey, our engineer will assess your existing system, check pipework, measure your property's heating demands and identify anything that needs to be factored into the installation. This thorough approach means your final quote is accurate and complete, with no unexpected additions once the work begins.
We believe total clarity from day one is the only way to work. You'll know exactly what's happening, why and what it will cost.
Step 3:Installation
Carried Out by Fully Qualified Engineers, on Time and with Minimum Disruption
On Time and Tidy
Once you've accepted your quote and a date has been agreed, our engineers arrive on time and ready to work. We treat your home with respect, working tidily and keeping disruption to an absolute minimum throughout the job.
How Long It Takes
For new boiler fittings, most straightforward swaps are completed within a single day. More involved work such as full central heating system installations or unvented cylinder fitting may take longer, and we'll always be upfront about timescales from the start.
Gas Safe and Trusted Brands
Our engineers are fully Gas Safe registered and qualified across all of the services we offer. We only fit trusted brands including Ideal, Glow Worm, Worcester Bosch and Vaillant, and we never cut corners on safety or quality. We won't leave the job until you're completely satisfied and your system is working exactly as it should be.
Step 4:Aftercare
We're Here for the Long Term
Our commitment to you doesn't end when we pack up our tools. Once your new boiler or heating system is in place, we're here to support you with everything you need to keep it running well for years to come.
Annual Boiler Servicing
We offer annual boiler servicing at a fixed price of £99 + VAT, which keeps your system running safely and efficiently and protects your manufacturer's warranty.
Blue Flame Cover
For added peace of mind, ask about our Blue Flame Cover service plans, designed to give you ongoing protection and priority support without unexpected costs.
Here When You Need Us
If you ever have a question about your system, notice something unusual or need a repair, our team is on hand and ready to help. We aim to have an engineer to your door within 12 to 24 hours, and where possible we offer a same-day service for urgent jobs.
